Seahorse company is very trustworthy - The driver was very friendly. Our train was delayed by 20 minutes and he was still waiting for us. The trip to Sorrento was very smooth.

Easy way to get to Sorrento - Pros. The company communicated with me beforehand via WhatsApp to inform of the vehicle type and plate number. They sent exact coordinate that I was able to open in google map, and the bus was waiting there at the correct time. They loaded everyone onboard and left right on time. Cons: The booking says 8 passengers maximum, but it was a large bus that held about 24 people. The air conditioning was not working very well. Overall it was quick and a much more comfortable way to get to Sorrento than the local train.

Terrible Experience!! - Very dissatisfied and disappointed!! Had booked this shuttle and our drop off destination way in advance, which cost $90.00 and then the day of pick up, was told by the driver that he cannot drop us off at our destination because it was not in route which he passed our destination to where he said he cannot drop us off. He said he can drop us off by the nearby church which was 19 minutes away from our hotel if we walked with luggage and all. Then we were dropped off in Sorrento where we had to catch a taxi and pay an additional $80.00 to take us back to to our hotel, where the shuttle driver had originally passed up... unbelievable!!

False Advertising - This service was honestly disappointing, but to be completely fair we should have called ahead for more details. Because if we had, we would never have booked this shuttle. The driver was nearly 40 minutes late for pick-up and this was never communicated to us until we had to call ourselves and ask about his whereabouts. There was also no sign with our names as promised, overall communication was poor. When we arrived in Sorrento, the driver instructed us “Sorrento, get out” on the side of a busy street with no direction and a far walk from our accommodation with 4 suitcases. Plus 1 star because the driver was agreeable to drop us off at a piazza closer to our hotel. This company should not advertise “door-to-door” service when it’s only applicable to private transfers. As far as the shuttle back to Naples, that was also a nightmare. We called explaining there is no possible way we can walk essentially 20 minutes up a hill to the meeting point with luggage. Which by the way was right by the train station. Which begs the question why are we paying extra for so-called “convenience”. Also, after much back and forth and unneeded stress they were agreeable to pick us up by a nearby piazza to take us to the group meeting point. The drivers themselves were fine as well as the vehicles. Overall, would not recommend this company unless you are not on a time crunch and have a singular backpack or bag that is easy to carry. This was the only inconvenient part of our entire vacation, in fact, public transportation was easier to navigate.

Abandoned in an alley after demanding 20Euros extra. - Horrible! The original driver dropped us off with another company who refused to take us to our hotel without an additional 20Euros. Then he dropped us 3 blocks and 4 flights of stairs away from the entrance. We didn’t know where we were. This was frightening! I tried chatting with Viator and they didn’t answer

Shuttle from hell - The van operator changed the pickup location at the last minute and would not drive around the block to pick us up at the original location. After we arrived in Sorrento, he dropped us off the assign location but our hotel was within 1 mile. He refused to drive an extra mile. This was ridiculous in every aspect. Not again with TripAdvisors!!!!

Save your money - My one piece of advice — use any other service. It would’ve been easier to just take the train and much cheaper. The driver was 35 minutes late picking us up. We were not informed on his location or how long he’d be. Thankfully, we factored in extra time so we didn’t miss our ferry. It was incredibly frustrating from the beginning. Save your money. (Train from Naples to Sorrento is €4,50 a person).
