Excellent - Very good service. Prompt and courteous. Easy to find the driver. The driver was very helpful especially with elderly mom.

Shuttle Ride from Naples to Positano - The driver was ready when we arrived. Nice scenery. No communication with driver whatsoever during the trip.

Great service and price - We had a great experience using the shared shuttle service. Our flight arrived in Naples early and we had great communication with the driver who was waiting with us and able to take us to our apt in Positano ahead of schedule. We were the only people using the shuttle, which was clean and roomy, so had it to ourselves which was great for only 70 euro. The driving is crazy in Italy but our driver made us feel very safe as he expertly handled the roads at night. On our early morning return service we were again picked up promptly and shared with one other couple. Both our drivers were lovely and happy to stop to let us use an ATM. We'd highly recommend.

Easy access and clean - Naples station is quite convenient and clean. Signage is clear and concise. I still think Toledo Station is much prettier...lol

Positano transfer - The ride was okay and the driver was nice but when we arrived in Positano I was dropped in a wrong location. I had to climb up and down the stairs with my 25kg luggage looking for my BnB which was in a different location.

Slow Trip, Unfortunate Drop Off - Easy to book and good communications but we weren’t happy overall. The pick up was nearly half an hour late. Could have had breakfast instead of being sure to be ready at the pick up time. Driver was friendly but followed way too close to cars in front and, on the crazy bendy road to Positano overtook cars on bends. If it had gone to custard we would have been over the cliff into the Mediterranean! The drop off was not at the designated point in our booking which would have been an easy 5 minute walk with 4 suitcases. Instead he stopped where it was easy for him but 300+ steps for us, even though he said “ I make it easy for you. I look after you”. Be sure to check the drop off you’ve booked and not what’s easiest for them! Wouldn’t recommend.

Shared ride is misleading - Driver was not there when we arrived. The shared ride took 2 hours from Naples to Positano because they dropped 3 people to Sorrento first then drop us to Positano. The sharing ride was misleading advertisement. Our understanding was multiple drop off at same town, not different towns.
