Exceptional Service! - Visited the lounge yesterday with family before my flight at T4.The food was great and environment is very peaceful and quiet as well. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the fantastic service I received. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and promptness exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that you genuinely care about providing the best experience, and I truly appreciate all your efforts.Special mentions to your staff Nurul,Dhanu and Arzilla (DM) and Caroline (DM) .Keep up the amazing work! Laksa worth the stop - The laksa was one of the best things I had in Singapore! The place was clean and the staff was friendly as expected but the quality of the laksa was something I want expecting

Nice lounge, good drinks & foods - SATs Lounge is one of the many lounges offered at Terminal 2 after passport control on 2nd floor. Open concept, upscale, full bar, self serve, good selections of foods.

Quality - Conveniently located in Terminal 4 SATS Premier fancies itself as an upscale Lounge for well-dressed guests, but on 2/20/25 staff was quite personable an welcoming to all including jeans and a T-shirt. Accessed by Priority Pass the food looks quite decent from Pancakes to Laksa and the serve-yourself alcohol collection is plentiful. Kudos to Coke Zero and excellent Espresso, comfy seats and big displays for flight times.

We had a 13 hour layover... - We had a 13 hour layover in Singapore and thought this wails be a good alternative to a hotel. It was pricey for a shower and a meal. There was no where to rest other than 2 reclining chairs that were occupied. We slept on banquettes in the dining area as it was 1:45 am. For the $71 fee per person we could have had a hotel room or sleep pod for 6 hours. Also it is open to the airport below and they played a musical on the big screen with loud music all night long…

Can't access this Lounge off an arriving flight - The lounge I am sure was fantastic, but we couldn't access it. You CANNOT access the lounge when arriving from an international flight in Terminal4 - you MUST have an ongoing boarding pass from that terminal to clear security and get back into the departure side of airside to access this lounge. We did check with lounge personnel 2 weeks earlier as we transited Singapore and they assured us we could come off our flight and come to the lounge - they were not correct.

Unable to access this lounge from arriving flight - Unable to get to this lounge when you come off an arriving flight unless you have connecting flight with boarding pass already. Unlike other lounges airside in other terminals, this lounge is only accessible on the departure side - very disappointing. More so because I checked this specific question with the lounge personnel before we departed 8 days earlier.

Absolutely awful Blossom Lounge at T4 worst lounge at Changing - This is absolutely the worst contract lounge at any of the four terminals in Changi airport. The food and beverage offering is really cheap and inedible. The hot food sits in warmed up containers for hours & is like a very poor offering in a low grade food court. The bread they offer is the cheapest white sliced supermarket bread. In the centre of the lounge, there is quite a nice bar set up with a high quality Italian espresso machine and drinks . However, the bar closed pre-Covid and has never reopened so it just sits there gathering dust and there is nobody to serve drinks nor serve coffee. Instead, there is a low-grade coffee machine at the back to help yourself. They have no espresso cups only large mugs. They have an Udders ice cream fridge holding about 60 small tubs but only 1 flavour - chocolate. So no choice and bad luck if you don’t like chocolate ice cream. They have some alcoholic drinks to self serve, but they are absolutely the lowest grade //brand drinks you can imagine. I have never heard of the gin or vodka brands they have on display. Scotch Whisky was Johnny Walker red label. They frequently run out of drinks glasses, so when the staff finally realise this and go and get them, the glasses are hot as they’ve just come out of the dishwasher. It’s really just a terrible lounge where everything is done on the cheap. Certainly DO NOT pay to come into this lounge it’s really not worth the entry fee. AVOID IT.

Terrible - Terrible choice for vegetarians and only 1 for vegans? Business class with Etihad put me here. I would recommend using another airline / lounge if in Singapore.
