Siwa - when you thought you had seen everything - Finding a tour to a remote place like Siwa as a solo Traveler is quite a task. Being a woman of 68 and after after travelling and arranging everything on my own for years, I was looking for a bit of comfort on this trip. But I felt as an outsider as most trips are for groups. Luckily I found Luxury Tours and joined their shared tour. And what a tour! I was picked up at the apartment where I stayed outside Cairo, and met another woman in the car. We bounded immediately. With Tolba as our guide and Aiman as our steady driver we felt so safe and taken care of. They were very attentive to our needs and wishes, and every moment was smooth and comfortable. I felt as if I was on a trip with great friends. There was a lot of jokes and laughter, among excellent information about our programme and the out-of-this-world sights we visited. Others have written about all the wonderful places we were shown in Siwa, I just want to focus on the service provided by the company. They took us to a local restaurant and we had a lovely couscous, waited patiently at two women taking our time in the absolutely stunning shops, carried our shopping bags and provided towel after a spontanous swim in a hot spring. Aiman told us about his personal experience as a participant in Siwan inhabitants annual feast and rituals. And Tolba proved he knows Siwa and the local places of interests. And that he is a good dancer. I was initially sceptical to driving up and down sanddunes and sliding down the dunes on a sandboard. I felt that was beyond my age and style. But it was hilarious! And with our guide and his excellent local 4WD driver, it was another highlight of the trip. Complete with tea and snacks at sunset. I am definitely recommending Luxury Tours if you plan to visit Siwa. Or anywhere else in Egypt. I feel confident you will be well taken care of, just like we were. And for solo travellers, this is the way to go!

SIWA a trip back in time - Coming to Egypt I was very excited to discover SIWA, I looked for a reliable company to help me get there and I found Luxury Yours Egypt and I feel that I got lucky with them , this experience have been nothing but incredible . They are professional , knowledgeable and they have an organized tour for 3 days and two nights. They picked me up at the hotel in Cairo and took me to Siwa , they arranged the food , the hotel and the schedule. I didn’t have to worry about anything , just to have an open mind to discover such a powerful place. They went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and even got me allergy medicine , they made me feel more than just another tourist visiting Egypt. Hassan , drove carefully and he provided a lot of history about SIWA, and took us to eat Pizza, delicious and organic pizza .thank you so much. Tolba knows everyone in town , and he knows the best spots to have food, to buy souvenirs and the best pictures. Thank you so much. My favorite part about this was to visit the Sahara desert , once in a lifetime experience. We even had a picnic at the desert and enjoyed the sunset. Thank you so much and until next time.

The best Siwa Experience! - Eslam is the best. He's very knowledgeable and passionate about the Siwa tour. He goes above and beyond by being a great photographer and providing snacks for the road trip. He took me to dinner at the home of another guide when we were in Siwa for a traditional Egyptian meal. 10/10 recommend. You will not regret it!!

Worth the long drive! - The 9-hour drive with Luxury Egypt Tour was absolutely worth it to see Siwa Oasis. At first, the long journey seemed daunting, but our tour guide/driver (Eslam) made the trip comfortable and entertaining with great stories and music. He went over and beyond to make us feel like family! The food was fantastic but the real highlight was the breathtaking views—endless desert, ancient ruins, and serene oasis landscapes. My friends and I visited Cairo, Luxor, and Alexandria (prior to this), and this was my favorite excursion. Overall, the drive was long, but with Luxury Egypt Tour, it was an unforgettable experience. This trip gave us a deeper connection to Egypt and memories we’ll cherish forever.

Not to be missed! Very safe, relaxing, and fun - The experience of a lifetime! The food, the oases, the people, the hotel, and the desert were all amazing. I felt very safe and guide, Amn, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I was the only one on the "group" tour; I'm sure other companies would have cancelled, so I was extra happy to enjoy my own private tour! Don't hesitate, GO! One small recommendation: book more than 3 days! There is sooo much to see.

Amazing time !!! - I had an amazing time in Siwa with Mahmoud. He was my driver, tour guide, and photographer ; 3 in 1. Everything: the drive, attractions, dinners, drivers is very well coordinated and planned out. The best part of my trip was the sunset picnic in the desert with delicious tea, hot springs, and the salt lake. All attractions are very memorable and will stay in my memories forever. Special thanks to Mahmoud that was very patient with me. Definitely recommend!!!

The best experience by far in Egypt! - The whole trip to Siwa was amazing and flawless! Our guide Eslam was so fun, knowledgeable and professional -he brought us to see some of the most amazing sights. Our lodge was perfect and offered great breakfasts, and swimming in the salt pond was a true highlight of the trip. The visit to the Mt of the Dead, the Oracle temple and swimming at night in the hot springs are things we will never forget! Eslam is the best if u can request him as he is a wizard at getting u into all the best Siwa places and restaurants!

Long trasfer to the oasis. It should be clear that the tour lasts three days, but visits are concentrated only one day. - Very long transfer from Cairo, keep in mind that the tour lasts three days, but two are needed to reach the oasi and come back. All the places visited are very very interesting and the temperature in this period very confortable during the day but even cold early in the morning or evening. The guide was friendly indeed and well informed. The oasis is far away from everything, but there you can feel safety and honesty. The tour in the desert by jeep is amazing! The sunset with bonfire and tea and the gliding with a sandboard really funny. Only the lodge is very simple with rooms very essential and bathrooms very poor. All the rest must be seen. Taking a bath in the salted pool and in one of the many thermal pools scattered everywhere is an unforgettable experience. One of the things to do once in a life.
