Better than expected - The 'shared' experience turned into a Mercedes transfer for just my partner and myself after contact by Seahorse asking if we could possibly travel 40 minutes earlier than scheduled. Which suited us so we agreed. There was no price increase. A good, courteous driver and absolutely no problems.

Great option to see Pompeii on the way to Sorrento - Our driver was prompt at the airport with a sign with our names. He drove us to Pompeii and left us right at the entrance and showed us where to buy tickets. We had enough time to walk around. He also organized lunch and a tour at a local winery in Pompeii which was really cool!! Then dropped us off right at our hotel. Really good tour option!!

Great service! - The ride was very comfortable, and our driver, Domenico, was very good. We enjoyed being able to view the scenery on the ride to the airport.

Could have been worse I guess - Pros: Driver came on time at designated location (Sorrento). Got us to our destination (Naples airport) on time. Cons: Van was completely full, so a/c did not get to the people in the back, they were not comfortable. We had no idea that the van was stopping at the Naples train station to drop off and pick up riders before we went on to the airport. The driver didn't tell us that was happening, and I had no idea if we were on time or not. I was quite anxious the whole time.

Stressful - Taxi was late, we were advised that however not good when going to the airport, driver was in a rush and shouted wrong name and when no one answered he went to go, I had to call him back quickly as he had said name wrong but amazed he was just going to rush off, we got caught in bad traffic(not drivers fault) but no sorry I am late or any update as we drove along Very poor. Go by Ferry to Naples and pick up taxi there- less stress all round
