- Papaderou - Starting from the coastal village Sougia, we will embark on an uphill hike to Armos peak, initially passing by the quaint church of Agia Aikaterini. The route to the summit is off the beaten path, offering stunning panoramic views throughout the ascent. The area is dotted with distinctive seasonal flora. Upon reaching the peak, we proceed northward to encounter another charming church. From this point, we follow a level trail for a stretch before arriving at a minor road near the quaint, historical village of Maza. After reaching Maza, we traverse the village and head towards Rodovani village, marking the conclusion of our hiking journey. The choice is yours whether to return to Sougia on foot via the main road, or to opt for public transportation, a taxi, or your own rental vehicle.
