A great day out - Got to see some spectacular views that we couldn't get to without a car. Much cooler in the mountains too. Stopped at a few interesting places and villages and our guide Alessandra was friendly and knowledgeable. It does take an hour to get there and there are some very windy roads but all in all a well worth trip

Had a great day in the Alpujarras - Had a great day with our guide Zaruk. During the bus ride to the different villages he would give explanations in both English and Spanish. Did a ham and cheese tasting in Trevelez and the owner of the shop was a fantastic guy. During lunch also got to know the others on the tour a bit. Would recommend.

Very interesting - I really liked the whole organization. The driver and the guide, the lunch and tasted it. Since the tour was bilingual, my only suggestion would be for the guide to make shorter monologues and move from one language to the other more quickly to make it more enjoyable and thus retain people's attention.

Fun learning experience! Michael is a great guide! - We had a wonderful experience! Didn't know what to expect when we booked it, as this visit to Andalucia was our first. We learned so much!, and appreciate the time Michael took to speak with us and educate us on the history and current lifestyle of the area. We were the only english speaking/non-Spanish speaking people in our group, and Michael made us feel very much a part of the group, offering us a little background to the information that he was sharing re:the areas we were traveling through - some background information that most Spanish educated peoples would have perhaps learned in school. We learned so much and enjoyed the day! Thank you Michael! ** if you get motion sickness - please please know that the road this journey takes is filled with switchbacks and ascentions&descentions. Michael is an excellent driver and was very kind to my situation. Take motion-sickness medicine with you if you have any previous experience with 'back-seat car sickness.' Better to have it and not use it, than to not have it and get to pharmacy at the upper hill towns!

Visit to the Alpujarras with Michael - We loved the visit to the Alpujarras, our guide Michael treated us wonderfully, he drove very well and the vehicle was very comfortable. It is obvious that Michael enjoys the charm of that area, all its customs and stories. Congratulations because the group was half in English and half in Spanish. Although I personally would have preferred it to be only in Spanish, I have to say that Michael defended it as best as possible. It's a pity that on Saturday there was haze and the landscapes were not seen in all their splendor, although you could sense that they were beautiful and all the towns have a lot of charm, I would highlight the town of Pampaneira and the sausage and cheese tasting in Trevelez. If I return to Granada, I will return to the Alpujarras.
