Highlights
- Bugibba - Boarding starts at 9:30 am and closes at 9:50 am. The cruise departs promptly at 10:00 am from the picturesque seaside town of Bugibba.
- Blue Lagoon - After boarding at 9:30 am at Bugibba Jetty, the boat departs at 10:30 am for a full-day cruise. As we cruise towards Comino, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Maltese coastline. Our smaller boat allows us to enter the caves at no extra cost. The first stop is the renowned Blue Lagoon in Comino, where you can swim, snorkel, and dive into the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Once docked at Comino, you can dive and jump from the boat or explore the island on foot. For lunch, there’s a snack bar onboard where you can buy food and drinks. Toilet facilities are available. On our return to Malta, the boat sails through the Comino channel, showcasing more beautiful caves such as St Mary’s Caves or Crystal Lagoon Caves, depending on the weather.
- St Paul’s Islands - The final stop is at the historic and secluded St Paul’s Islands for a 30-minute visit. It’s the perfect time for a last swim or a walk to see the statue of St Paul. We return to Bugibba, Malta at 5 pm, concluding your delightful day on the Mermaid.

Additional Information
We’re a family-run, smaller boat. The best thing about The Mermaid is that you will leave your day out at sea with a unique experience rather than just being a number. You will be personally greeted by the captain upon boarding. Since we’re a smaller boat, we can enter the caves at no extra charge. You’ll be able to view the caves and take pictures. We’re all about customer experience aboard the Mermaid, and we will do our utmost to ensure you enjoy your day out at sea and make it the highlight of your holiday!

Amaizing adventure on the sea! - The cruise by Mermaid was an excelent choice to spend one hole day exploring the beautiful places around Malta.
Captain Mathew was great, the places he took us were amaizing spots.
I totally recommend Mermaid Cruises!

Great experience - Great captain and first mate. Everything was on time so better be early or the boat will leave you. And very affordable tour so definitely go with mermaid cruises.

Great experience! I will go again for sure - The boat ride was amazing! So much better experience than going by the big boats. You get to see some amazing sights and be in contact with the sea.
All the locations are a must-see and great for swimming and snorkeling.
The boat crew was super friendly and welcoming.
Personally, this was my favorite experience during this vacation. I highly recommend! ❤️

Would highly recommend - Amazing boat tour - we got to see all the sights and the staff on board were friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
Excellent service at a really reasonable price, we paid €20 for the full day.

I highly recommend! - I highly recommend this ride! In the top! Very pleasant staff, you will leave with Bob Marley #jadore and return to club mode. We even saw a dolphin on the way back from the fish farm 😍
You can go there with your eyes closed.

Must try it - Over all great experience, worth the money. Small boat but then a lot less crowded than the bigger boats. Perfect boat for a dive and swim in the blue lagoon

Lovely trip professional crew - After a cancellation on Wednesday our trip was re organised for Thursday as the weather had improved.
The trip itself is good value for money with plenty of time allowed at the blue lagoons and enough time to enjoy Gozo with a spot of lunch. The crew were helpful and friendly.

Cancelled with a lie - Just had this cruise cancelled. We were supposed to go later this month, this was said to be due to bad weather? It must be a very bad storm as it has caused the cancellation right up until the 1st of April. It is bad enough that our trip was cancelled but to do this while not being truthful. Very bad image for this company.
