- It is your responsibility to make your way to the bus stop from your accommodation.
- We recommend that you plan your trip so that you arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours before flight departure if you are travelling abroad and 1 hour before departure if you are travelling within the country.
- Since luggage space inside the coach is very limited, only one (1) small piece of hand luggage per traveler is allowed to be carried on the bus. The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.

Super top - There would be a bus waiting from the travel company. There wasn't any. This bus company arranged transport to Stockholm city centre for 50 people. Super bus drivers!

Cheap and easy airport to city transport - Punctual, clean, cheap and convenient. This is best transport option to go to Stockholm city center from Arlanda Airport.

Top transfer - The buses are super punctual, everything is well organized and the price also fits. Can only be recommended. The stops were also easy to find.

There’s definitely room for improvement. - The bus was too warm on a beautiful August evening. The bus wasn’t smelling very fresh and having the heating on wasn’t helping. The bus was late and the electricity source wasn’t working so I couldn’t charge my phone.

Cancellations and leave late - Schedule is not important to them. Last time I used this service they cancelled my departure. Today they do not go ontime because the bus is not sold out. If you value your time choose another option. They most certainly do not value your time.

Bad service and rude chauffeur - The chauffeur was really rude. The bus only stopped for a shot while and the ticket systems is working so poorly that the bus isn’t fully seated because of the time limit on the stop. Don’t recommend use Arlanda Express or the Commuter trains instead.
