Punctual and friendly - On time departure. Friendly chauffeur. It all worked out. Thank you again. It is tedious that you have to write at least 100 characters here, but this has nothing to do with the bus provider.

Pretty good - That was good. It took quick. And it was nice to come home again. Someone tried to take pictures of me. A little weird. At least I think they did. It's calm and quiet. Took 3 hours. Now you get very tired.

Safely fast ride to the Arlanda airport - The bus ride was amazing. I took the bus from Stockholm city centre to Arlanda airport, the signs were clear in the station. The bus left on time, the ride was fast & safe. It was clean, and provided the usb and type C ports for charging. Driver and the staff at the bus stop were polite.

Airport bus to Arlanda - The driver drove smoothly. The temperature was comfortable, neither too cold nor hot. Soft seats. There is a USB port in the back of the seat in front of each seat. Approaching and passing bus stops are displayed on a monitor.

Bus says it leaves every 30 mins. The one I planned being on didn't arrive. - A bus to the airport should be on svhedule. Mine never arrived with no additional information. Fortunately I had planned with a buffer and got to the airport in time.

Score with timetable? - The bus is scheduled to run every 30 minutes. The bus was 25 minutes late with explanation by the driver that there was a lot of traffic!

Nyb - Late departure due to the driver letting late customers get on and mess with not yet purchased tickets. Really annoying. 👎

How obnoxiuos can staff be? - Rude staff. Unhelpful and ignorant. Left almost on time but then stopped 25 mins for no reason. Slow service. Flixbus is a much better choice although not as frequent.

Very bad experience with a hostile bus driver - Today I had the worst experience ever in my life while travelling from Stockholm to Arlanda Airport with the Flygbussarna. Because of it, I'm still shaking while having a coffee at the airport! While sitting in the bus from Stockholm (Norra Stationgatan), I was listening to a podcast on my mobile device with my earplugs in, so doing everything not to disturb the other passengers. Knowing that the bus will stop at Terminal 4 and Terminal 2 (where I had to get off), I relaxed and must have fallen asleep a little bit. While we approached Terminal 4 all passengers got of the bus, except for me. So, I got myself ready to get off the bus a few minutes later at Terminal 2. But, the busdriver just past Terminal 2 without stopping the bus and was heading towards the highway again. As I stood up from my place and asked to busdriver to stop at Terminal 2, he apparently didn't hear me. As I aksed louder, he completely freaked out!! Started litterly shouting at me that he had asked, while approaching the airport, who had to get out at Terminal 2. Nobody had responded so he didn't need to stop at Terminal 2 he screamed! When I told him to stop at Terminal 2, since he has a passenger on board, it even got worse. While I was standing in the aisle of the bus, (halfway the bus), he suddenly made an emmergency stop, causing me to fall down the aisle with my suitcase. The busdriver was yelling at me that I should not wear my earplugs and litterly said: "Whatever!" While back at Terminal 2, he stopped the bus and shouted at me: "Get into reality and don't wear earplugs!! Get off!!" I hope the compagny will take this incident with this busdriver serieus because I'm absolutelly not used to this. I travel by this mean a few times per month and I was always very sattified!

Hell on earth - Cooking hot bus. Not nice. ………………………………… Do I have to complain 100 chracters about every centigrade in the bus from Hell?
