- After the service is booked, you can ask for a travel consultant for free of charge to provide non-bias local tips and activities, things to do, local restaurants, and famous local markets
- In Thailand, only Thai is an official language, so please do not expect excellent English language skills from the drivers. The English proficiency of the driver is not fluent, but he can definitely communicate in English with you
- The English proficiency of drivers is varied; you can be guaranteed a good English-speaking driver if the booking is made at least 3 days in advance

Great for young families - A great experience and a very helpful driver who helped to give some recommendations to our intended itinerant to make it better for us and our young (4 yo) daughter.

The best customised trip led by best tour guide DOL - So lucky to have DOL as our guide & driver. His professionalism , polite and “Can do” attitude to ensure everyone has it’s own customise trip style.
Eventually we are extended another 2 hrs (total 10 hrs) for the trip , all our family are totally satisifed with his service
We strongly recommend everyone who has no idea for the trip planning but after the customised trip with professional local advice and DOL can help to offer you solution !

Thank you!! Awesome experience. - We had a great experience! Our driver was kind, thoughtful and very professional. He had plenty of drinks and snacks available and the car was big, clean and strong AC. He offered us suggestions on where to go, and waited for us how ever long we wanted. I highly recommend this company! Remember, he is not a tour guide, but a driver. Don't expect him to give you a tour of locations.

Half day Tour - The driver Rita was very professional and helpful. She customized the trip as my likings and suggested all the nice places. She also took very nice photos of me during the trip. The trip was amazing and I had a fabulous time. I highly suggest this tour agency and the driver.

Good way to see the island - Pick up was on time. Our tour was awesome and good value for the money. We got to see exactly what we wanted and ended up skipping some destinations as we had seen them before. Our driver Mr. Tum was really nice and professional and we were even able to visit Phuket town on our 4 hour drive.

Great day out - Had a great day around Phuket, Old town Phuket is worth seeing, amazing Architecture and shops , .. our driver Joe was so accommodating, friendly and so knowledgeable, his choice for lunch on the beach was spot on ..

Over-priced tour - Poor value for money. Driver is just that, not a guide, as would expect for paying for one. Any street taxi driver would do the same at half the cost. Not worth paying so much extra for this tour.
