A great airport lounge - Sapphire plaza premium lounge at international departure of CGK airport is a great airport lounge. One part of the lounge is accessible with priority pass select card. Another part of the lounge is accessible if you have access to plaza premium lounge. The lounge is spacious, with plenty of tables and chairs. It offers some good hot meal options, especially the special ordered a la carte items such as roast duck, steamed fish, black pepper beef at the Chinese New Year.

Why no spirits included? - We had access to this lounge as Turkish business class passengers. It is huge but got very busy. The food was ok but alcoholic beverages beyond wine and beer are charged. Nope considering all we paid for our airfare, we are not paying more!

I have no complaints - When using ANA, you can use either this or the Garuda lounge, but I used this one because it was close to the boarding gate. I only saw the space right after entering (maybe there was a larger space in the back), so it didn't seem very spacious. As someone who isn't good at conversation, I prefer buffet style meals, but perhaps because of COVID, they make them to order. I guess they will make a variety of drinks if you order them.

They are hiding the booze - Very nice airport lounge. The interior decoration is great. Staff friendly and nice. The food is perhaps not the greatest and the alcohol is under the counter, thus not in public view. If you ask, you will receive.

Nice lounge in Terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta - If you have some transit hours in Terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta, this place is highly recommended. It located near Gate 5, bit far to walk from the elevators when you just go down from security check (around Gate 10). If you don’t want to walk, just find a golf car that will deliver you to the lounge for free.
The place is spacious with some charger areas and TV cable. The food is delicious although the variety is limited. There is also shower and working facilities. So far, this is the best lounge I can find in this airport.

Really average lounge. - The first thing that strikes you when entering the lounge is the smell. Hot and old oil being used to stir fry the spring rolls, samosas etc...
The selection of food is okay in quantity, soup, hot and cold dishes, salted and fruits, but the quality is mediocre really. Even with a lot of chilli sauce...
The selection of drinks is poor, with a choice between a couple of beers and very low level wines...
The lounge is nice because it is vast, clear and clean, seat comfortable but that is it.

The New Lounge Only Opened in November 2022 - The lounge wasn't open when we were in Jakarta in November 2022, but it was when we were at the terminal in January 2023. We used the lounge while travelling Turkish Airlines Business Class, but we could have entered with our American Express Platinum Card.
The lounge was clean, and there are two separate bars at each end serving soft and alcoholic drinks. There was a made-to-order food station with six options available, and the service was quick, but the lounge wasn't busy then.
The lounge is nothing special but better than the Garuda lounge in the same terminal.

Below international standard - Food was very average and the staff was polite but seemed a bit overwhelmed in spite of the early hours and lounge with only a few customers.
The lounge is vast and comfortable though, clean and quiet.
Ok for a quick coffee I guess if your stay is short but if you have to spend a few hours I would not recommend it, above all if you are hungry.
Go instead in the terminal where there are a few food outlets.

THE 2 MINUTE MUSIC LOOP!! - I can only say that the fact that they played the SAME PIECE OF MUSIC ON A 2 MINUTE LOOP made our 2 hour visit UNBEARABLE!!! I won’t review the rest. This is unacceptable.

Don’t waste your money - Even if you get free access- this is disappointing. Crap food and limited drinks (alcohol was limited to beer or white wine). Didn’t try the showers. Toilets were clean and there’s plenty of seating and phone charging stations.
