Day 01: Arusha/Serengeti National Park (335km
Arusha Region - Commence your journey from Arusha at 8:00 am and embark on a drive to the majestic Serengeti National Park (14,763 sq km), carrying your packed lunch. Expect to reach by approximately 3:00 pm, initiating your wildlife viewing while heading to the Seronera campsite.
The Serengeti is a sanctuary for a variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, elands, wild dogs, gazelles, crocodiles, and a plethora of bird species, among them migrants from Eurasia.

Serengeti National Park - The park is celebrated for hosting the world’s second-largest land animal migration, contributing to its status as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa, and one of the top ten natural travel wonders globally. The Serengeti is also famous for its abundant lion population, offering one of the prime opportunities to see these big cats in their natural habitat. The area encompasses the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania and several game reserves.
Around 70 species of large mammals and 500 bird species inhabit this region, thanks to a variety of ecosystems such as riverine forests, swamps, kopjes, grasslands, and woodlands. Commonly sighted large mammals include blue wildebeests, gazelles, zebras, and buffalos.
