With the guidance of a renowned local pastry chef, you’ll master the art of creating Cannoli, a classic Sicilian dessert. You’ll learn to prepare the crunchy shell, knead and fry the dough into its unique shape, and make the cream fillings, from traditional ricotta to custard.
Once the pizza dough has risen, you’ll roll it out, select your toppings, and bake the pizzas yourself.
Finally, you can relax by the sea, savoring your homemade Sicilian Pizza and Cannoli, making your holiday truly special and unforgettable. At the end of the experience, you’ll be transported back to the center of Taormina.

Together with Mimmo you will learn the technique of preparing, decorating and cooking traditional Sicilian pizzas. Seek the pleasure of learning how the typical bruschetta is prepared, with typical local products: Pachino cherry tomatoes, basil, oregano and oil. With the father Siciliano, a great local pastry chef, you will learn the art of creating Cannolo, the typical Sicilian dessert. You will learn how the cream is prepared to fill the Cannoli shell, starting from the traditional ricotta dessert up to the custard. A very important rule is that the cannoli must be filled at the moment, to best enjoy the freshness, sweetness and fragrance.
