Guided hike is the way to go! Sure you can follow the trails on your own, but you will likely miss out on a huge amount of wildlife sightings. Giovanna was our spectacular guide. Passionate, knowledgeable, and a quick eye! And added bonus was her telescope, great for viewing but also she knew how to take our cell phones and get those gorgeous close up photos. Monkeys, agoutiz, macaw, toucan, assorted birds lizards and frogs 🐸 we got it all. Excellent day outing, about 2.5 miles of easy walking, though you could make it shorter. She made the day!
