A stunning snowy experience! - Stephen was an amazing host! He was helpful and friendly. We really liked the whole tour. We were lucky enough to see a service in the monastery because it was Sunday morning - very special. In the snowy mountains, we went paragliding and on a snow mobile. A beautiful stunning surreal snowy adventure! Thanks everyone. The driver was also a lovely chap.

★★★★★ Unforgettable Tours with WST! - We had the pleasure of taking two amazing tours with WST during our visit to Georgia—one to Kakheti and another to Kazbegi—and both were absolutely incredible! Ana, our tour guide, was outstanding on both days. Her deep knowledge, engaging storytelling, and warm personality made every moment enjoyable and memorable. Thank you, WST and Ana, for these unforgettable experiences! We highly recommend WST to anyone visiting Georgia

Bad management - We booked a tour to Kazbegi, but the weather two days prior wasn’t great. The representative had warned us that the weather might still be bad, and that the final destination—the church on the mountain—might be unreachable. We were okay with that since there were still other places to visit on the tour. However, when the day came, we only managed to visit two destinations, and around three others were skipped due to poor road conditions and weather. They could have informed us that the weather was too bad and given us the option to either cancel for a refund or continue at our own risk—but they didn’t say anything. Instead, we ended up walking through snow just to reach an open coffee shop to rest, which felt like a way to kill time before heading back to the hotel.

Unrealized tour - I bought a ride that just didn't happen. There was no return of values or offer of voucher or compensation, even after presence at the Central Office (Office 1). Kazbegi - Mountains.
