Great tour experience - We really enjoyed this tour. The tour guide in Jerusalem (Oded) is very knowledgeable and professional. The guide in Bethlehem (Mustafa) is great as well. The two guides and the driver David kept us safe all the time. Highly recommended.

Loved it! - We had an amazing time before the war broke out! both guides did a good job. We liked the Israel guide a bit better but over all a good tour.

It is a perfect trip for... - It is a perfect trip for people who don't have much time in Israel but want to see as much as possible. The schedule is very tight but it is worth it. Our guide Oded made this trip very enjoyable. Thank you!

Informative and captivating - Jerusalem was an informative and captivating tour! We visited the Wailing Wall and went around the old city of Jerusalem. However, the tour of Bethlehem was a little rushed. Visiting Palestine was a privilege and seeing the partition wall was amazing.

Not value for money - It’s very expensive for what’s provided. Our guide was very good and friendly but the whole package was not value for money and not comprehensive at all. The time is very limited on each activity. I.e. we had less than an hour in Dead Sea which on top of the 100€ per person for the tour you have to pay extra 9€ entrance fee(which was referenced in the notes but not that we would have so little time)

You have that face masks... - You have that face masks is required for travelers in public areas but this was not enforced. There were people in closed quarters on this tour - 43 people on our tour bus and no one wore a mask. I got Covid soon after returning home.

Disappointment - Very hurried, only quick stops, lunch was take out on go, highlights in Bethlehem were missed, most of the time was spent on bus. Apparently they combined “Get Your Guide”tour group with us so had a full busload of “50.”Guides were very anxious about the load. All of us had to run to keep up in Jerusalem and Bethlehem. They put us all into a store for the most part of Bethlehem. Most of us were very disappointed.

Sivan is terrible. - The tour guide Sivan was late getting started and rushed us throughout the whole tour. I was absolutely miserable and I WANT A REFUND. He was rude, cold, full of ego, inconsiderate and unprofessional. He didn't even want us to make a quick stop in the early morning to grab water/juice while he was standing and talking unless it was a place where he was getting a percentage. He told a few of us not to buy from anyone like he can tell us where to spend our money He told us in a condescending way to hurry up and grab our coffee to go. He made us put it in a to go cup and he told other person on the pour it out and don't take it on the bus . I was so uncomfortable all day. We arrived at the church in Bethlehem during mass and we couldn't go in. He knows they have mass daily at that time. The purpose of coming to Tel Aviv is to see these historical places and have a good experience. We didn't get to see it and he was very inconsiderate. He keep telling us we were going to do things and he didn't follow He gave us no free time at all. He kept stopping to talk and in the dead middle in the sun instead of the shade which was 50 ft away. He even told us we needed to eat lunch on the bus to save time so we never got and opportunity to eat in Bethlehem or have any free time all day. He was acting like he was doing us a favor. He said he was going to give information at times where we saw important significant places but he didn't. This was country number 100 for me and he was a terrible guide.
