A Good Way To Get Around Thessaloniki - It was a good way to get around the city. The only issues I had was that one driver refused to pick me up at The Arch of Galerias, and the headphones didn't fit in one of the busses, so I couldn't get any commentary.

The foot steps of St Paul - Went round Thessaloniki with bus. Came out of bus at 3 places.Really enjoyed it. Surprised however that St Paul is not mentioned even once, yet it’s him who made Thessaloniki known to the world in the two letters to Thessalonians in the New Testament of the Bible. Was it not for Apostle Paul of Tarsus I would not visited Thessaloniki.

Not what I expected - Got off a cruise ship and it was difficult to find a close place to get on. The experience was different on each bus. The first one had no air conditioning. The second one was fine. The third one was full and we had to stand, so we didn’t hear any of the information. The fourth one had English on a different channel than all the others.

Good overview of city - Did the tour as it was way too hot to walk between the main sights. Unfortunately some stops were closed due to the underground metro works. You had to wait at least an hour before catching the next bus. It was a good overview of the city.

Awful commentary - What awful condescending commentary. The lady speaking was bizarrely speaking to herself in the 3rd sense and answering her own questions - so childish and bizarre.

This can be done better - The bus ran every 40 minutes, but with no specific schedule. If you want to get on at a different station to the one you got off at, you won't find the stop because there are no stop signs or information signs indicating the exact stop. That wouldn't be a problem if the bus came more frequently; you could just take the next one. But not with a 40-minute wait. The next day we wanted to get off at the Kastel on the mountain and then walk down into town. We had considered this the day before when we did the full tour. Unfortunately the bus didn't go there the next day and there was no information about it. So we trudged through the route, which was less interesting for us, in great heat and traffic jams. Not recommended.

ESPECIALLY NOT - We thought it would be a good idea to visit a site and take the bus back to another stop. But the routes indicated on the map given with the ticket are not always respected (probation works) and above all are not marked on the street. So difficult to find the point to take the bus again. Then the bus, according to the brochure, passes every 40/60 minutes. You never know when you are waiting if you are in the right place and for how long you have to wait. 30/40 minutes to wait is a very long time... So we left on foot. 18€ is very expensive for a bus stop. I strongly advise against it because it is not reliable enough and poorly organized.

Disappointed - There was no Arabic… there are many languages that aren’t as widely spoken. Additionally, the recordings didn’t play at the correct time. It was VERY disappointing.

Not a great tour - It took over two hours for us to get on a shuttle and whenever we asked someone for assistance no one could assist us with our questions. We ended up walking more than we did utilizing the bus. I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anyone going to Thessaloniki
