Beautiful Day in Tivolo - The tour service was prompt and took care of everyone's needs. The Villa D'Este and Hadrian's Villa should be on everyone's must see list when they are in Rome. Our guide explained everything very well. He was funny and he had a tremendous knowledge of the history. The members of the tour group were congenial and we had some great conversations. My only complaint was that the lunch was not up to par. They should consider using a different restaurant.

A long day but would recommend. - Hadrian's Villa is amazing and the Tivoli Villa d' Este is absolutely stunning. The lunch was lovely too. Be aware it involves a lot of walking, and it's very steep to the bottom of the Tivoli garden. However, you don't have to go all the way down to the bottom with the rest of the group they will meet you when they get back. Great value for money.

Not everything is great - The guide was wonderful. The bus was dated. The seats worn out. The lunch was in the wrong place and the food didn’t have much of a choice. Pork as the only option for main course. One waiter for the whole restaurant. So the bus and lunch were very low points

Beautiful, luxurious Tivoli - Both the Ruins of Hadrian’s Villa and Villa d’ Este were spectacular. The gardens and many, many fountains were beautiful. Our guide Marizio was great - full of information and energy. We were glad to her odd the busy streets of Rome for a day ans wander around the quieter ans smaller Tivoli. A few times the back of the 35 person group would lose the sound from the radio due to distance and thick walls. Our group of 5 intended to tip our guide but she hopped off the bus too quickly. Tell her we are sorry. She deserved a good tip and I feel bad we didn’t get it done

Skip the lunch, stay for the views!!! - The order of the tours is wonderful! It’s a long day so highly recommend comfortable shoes! The tour guide was very knowledgeable, but a little hard to understand at times. I would recommend skipping lunch if you book as it wasn’t anything special. They have a couple food spots you’ll be able to branch off and meet back up with the group for the second tour!

Bad bus driver - The tour was fantastic. The bus driver not so much, erratic driving and then at the end, dumped us out without an announcement because our drop off street was closed. We ended up walking 30 minutes getting to find a taxi and the stands were busy and empty so we had a crowded hour walk in the cold back to our hotel.

Great experience - Both destinations were excellent especially Tivoli Gardens. The tour guide would’ve been more interesting if his accent wasn’t so strong. He was hard to understand. Also, suggestion…have an option without lunch included. Other people on our tour did that thru another company. Lunch was bland but they were accommodating. I always prefer to pick my own place.

Skip lunch - The villas are very beautiful, but it felt a little rushed on Hadrian's villa. I suggest that you book without lunch unless you have the appetite of a child, the menu was basically 3 appetizers: 1 toast with tomato, a dish with 5 ravioli that felt like a joke, and lastly some cheese with ham. The guide was hard to understand some times because of the accent and the earphones

Wonderful Locations. Grouchy Guide. - Hadrian’s Villa and the Tivoli Fountains are well worth the visit. And it is a fairly short bus ride. Unfortunately, the guide was not nice. He didn’t smile once, did not encourage questions, and treated us like a school teacher treats bad students. That said, I would do it again to experience Hadrian’s Villa and the Tivoli Fountains. The lunch and wine were not very good. I suggest getting your own lunch in the town of Tivoli.
