A must do!!! - It was an amazing trip and had excellent guide to help me around! The views on the horse were amazing and the food at the place was really good as well.

An unforgettable experience - First of all our guides, Azat and Faruk, were very knowledgeable of the history of Burana tower and Kyrgyzstan as a whole. More than that they were a pleasure to talk to and spend the entire day with. They were funny and sociable. Faruk was a very safe driver (which is an important detail in Central Asia) and the car was very clean.
The over all itinerary of the day was very well spaced out with a snack included on the way to horseback riding. The main event, the horse back riding, was a real treat! Well behaved beautiful horses that took us along a scenic route. It was plenty of time to get your fill of enjoyment. They also took great pictures!! Afterwards, lunch was included with a local family, which was both delicious and filling.
Overall the entire experience was fantastic and it is worth every dollar. I've taken other tours in the caucuses for a fraction of the cost, and therefore really lack on quality. NOT IN THIS CASE. I can guarantee quality, safety, knowledge, no fatigue, and genuine FUN on this well rounded and planned tour. Thank you to all for making this possible.

Highly recommend - This trip was amazing, aside from the horse-riding experience, the tour guide speaks good English which made the journey more conversational. The horseman is very attentive and guide us through the process. It took about 40 mins each way (uphill and downhill), the time allocated is adequate. The scenery of the destination is superb, the dinner provided by the local host is delicious and I love those dishes. This trip is the highlight for my whole journey in Central Asia. Also, I thank you Datka Travel (Mr Talgat) who was willing to arrange my tour even though I reached out in a very short notice (a day before), he promptly responded to my questions and made necessary arrangements. I must say, the service is definitely top-notch and will use the same service again if I return to Bishkek.

The perfect day! - This was an absolutely perfect day. The guide shared so much fun information with us and was a great conversationalist. We had authentic food and saw so much of the countryside, got great history lessons and had the experience of a lifetime. I can’t recommend this enough!!

Highly recommend this tour - Amazing experience - fully recommend! Everything was seamless from start to finish and organised perfectly. I loved that the experience was customisable to exactly what I wanted. I will definitely use Datka Travel next time I am in Kyrgyzstan.

Horseback riding on a windy winter day in the wilderness - An amazing tour guide led us to Chon Kemin for horseback riding. Before the main event, we were led to have a traditional dish about which I forgot the name. Then he drove us to see the Barana Tower. The horseback riding was great fun, which we spent about two hours on a windy day in the wilderness. I learnt that late November was not the best time of the year. But the hospitality of the people we met during the tour had compensated for the not-so-amazing weather. After all, the tour blew my mind away and was worth every penny I spent.

Horseback riding in the wilderness - The tour guide was hospitable, amiable and easy to communicate with. The horseback riding venue was superb, despite a bit distant from city centre. One got snack in a restaurant and a formal meal in a guest house. It's a memorable and fantastic experience.

Amazing horse-riding experience in Kyrgyzstan - From the first contact with the company owner Mr Talgat to the very end of the trip, everything was handled perfectly.
I booked a solo tour to the Chon Kemin national park and everything was custom-built according to my preferences.
My English guide Faruk was both very agreeable and very knowledgeable and he made sure that everything was perfect. After a very tasty breakfast in a roadside dinner on the way, we took a very comfortable drive to the mountain and met the guest house owner and his family.
The 3-hour horse-riding tour on narrow hillside paths and in the snowy valley was enchanting. We thern has lunch with the family and drove back to Bishkek.
Amazing experience overall, I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Many experiences in one day - My guide Anvar picked me up from the hotel. Anvar was knowledgeable about the places we saw and was a great converesationalist as well. We saw the amazing Burana Tower with its accompanying small museum and the many bulbuls (small anthropomorphic stone grave markers) displayed at the site. We stopped in the countryside for a delicious small snack of katama (swirled onion flatbread) with sour cream and tea.
I was a little concerned about the horseback riding because I hadn't been on a horse in about 50 years, but everything went fine. The guide was gentle and his instructions were clear. After the horseback riding, we had a lunch at the same guest house where the horse had been rented from.
Datka Travel was great to work with. Communication with Talgat was clear and timely. I arranged all my travel in Kyrgyzstan, from airport transfers to city guides and experiences, with him, and did not regret it. Very smooth experience from beginning to end! Would definitely recommend.
