Great Times w Rudolph and Friends - I had so much fun! Feeding and riding the reindeer was awesome! Felt like Santa haha food was ok bread and cookies were delicious. Learning about the Sami culture was really cool too! My only recommendation is don’t book this as your northern lights excursion. The northern lights tour guides are clear sky chasers. As the reindeer excursion brings you to the reindeer farm exclusively it’s not guaranteed there will be clear skies there. So definitely book a separate tour for northern lights but I think this experience is totally worth it. The reindeer are adorable and the ride was a blast. Hope to return to the Sami’s one day as they were fantastic hosts!

Magical! - Magical evening! The reindeer sled ride and feeding experience was just amazing. So magical in the snow and under the stars. We had our 11 month old with us who just loved the ride too! Then we heard a bit about Sami life and had a delicious warm meal. A must when visiting Tromso!

Sledding with Sami - Great experience about an hour outside the city. Short ride in the sleds was great, especially with how cold it was. Feeding the reindeer was an adventure as they argued over the food. The stew and culture talk was great, although you may want a snack before you go out there. Didn’t see the northern lights, but I will never hold that against this kind of tour. It was overcast my entire trip

Very well organized. Kind... - Very well organized. Kind staff that allows flexibility. The experience itself was amazing, would really recommend it. We saw northern lights too so it couldn't be better!

Best experience of our lives - It was really great, Sofian put a lot of effort into the sleigh ride and the feeding and with absolutely fantastic views. The food tasted great, bread and drinks were also in sufficient quantity, you can always ask for reference. We got lucky with beautiful aurora borealis on New Year's Eve. It was over quickly, too quickly. Highly recommended.

Be prepared for large crowds - Way too many people on this tour for the size of the place. Crammed into the hut and not able to enjoy the feeding with so large of group.

Reindeer Lovely, Experience Touristy and Shallow - Bad weather when we went (ICY roads and meadow; one of the two large buses had trouble on the way home), and although the staff were polite, I felt they resented us for making them take the reindeer out in poor conditions. Quite frankly, the company should've canceled. The experience felt rushed, too (perhaps we got there late due to the ice), and the reindeer pulling our sled was slipping and jerking around on the terrain in a way that scared me for both him AND us. Dinner was lacklustre, the reindeer stew a bit flavorless and sparse, and the presentation on Sami culture, while interesting, was just a sketch--even a caricature--of the culture... I guess I should've expected as much; there isn't time to get into all the history and politics, and the audience is varied enough that sticking to wedding clothes and language probably feels like the safest option. I was disappointed, though.

Great activity, recommended for kids - There is an hours bus transfer each way, don’t do it in the dark as you won’t see the reindeer properly or enjoy the sledge ride as it’s not lit up at all. Staff were lovely and set up was nice but an experience so not do in pitch black.

Total trap and money waste! - All sorts of wrong since the beginning: they were 30 mins late at pickup. 190 euros each just to feed reindeers and have a really basic soup. The sledding part was almost non existent. Cherry on top: One of the guests was offered a snowmobile experience, while the rest of us all was denied it. Discriminating much?! Absolute disappoinment and please, don't thank me for my feedback and say you will take it into consideration. You write the same sentence to every bad review and you obviously only care about the money!
