- GW8P+8W Cannonville - Your guide will meet you at the Bryce Canyon Coffee shop and drive you through a senic area to the trailhead to start your canyon adventure. The drive is about 20 to 30 minutes from the meeting location. At the trailhead, your group will be outfitted with all the appropriate equipment (harnesses, helmets, ect). After a 15-20 minute hike you will be at the mouth of the beautiful canyon. Your guide will set up all rappels to ensure everyone in the group is safe at all times. In the canyon you will encounter a total of 3 rappels, highest at about 80 feet, and a few group-assisted down climbs. This is a great activity to work as a team in a beautiful setting. The deeper into the slot canyon you go the more beautiful and tall the canyon walls get. Your guide will snap photos during the activity. After a short steep hike you will return to the vehicle and head back to the meeting location.

Canyoneering with Jared - My family of three (60,58,20) went canyoneering with Jared. Jared treated us like professional athletes, pushing (gently nudging) us forward to do our very best. He challenged us to be self confident and adventurous. At the same time he reminded us several times that he was always going to be there to protect us. He taught us to rappel with patience, consistency of safety management and his love of helping people learn the gifts of canyoneering. We practiced trusting others and helping others. Add in the incredible beauty and mystery of the slot canyons, reminding us of nature's amazing gifts. Plus, it was just so much fun! He just emailed me the pics he took of us, and they will remind us anytime we look at them that we can truly do anything!! Thanks, Jared!

Amazing & adventurous!! - The slot canyons were gorgeous and fun to explore!! Our guide, Jared, was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and geared the canyoneering to cater to everyone’s experience and comfort level! Was an extremely fun morning, will definitely be going again!!

A++ Guided canyoneering adventure in Egypt 1, 2, and 3 - Three engineers from Silicon Valley spent two full days with Mike, exploring Egypt 1, 2 and 3 in Escalante. We've done a half-dozen guided rapelling/canyoneering trips to Southern Utah over the last 5 years, and this trip was tops. I learned a lot from Mike on technical aspects, including coiling a 300' rope like a pro. Most importantly, safety was always paramount.
