• Zona Arqueologica de Muyil - We will start by enjoying a tour of the Muyil Archeological Ruins. TAE Guide is NOT a Archeological Guide so if you want to hire one they are an additional charge, otherwise this is a self guide tour of the ruins. We will enjoy a local mayan lunch after we tour the ruins.
• Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve - After lunch we will take a boat and do an ecological tour of the lagoons and visit an old mayan trading post followed by a 40 + min floating tour through the man made ancient mayan canals that connected the lagoon and provided passage for the mayan boats to head out to sea..

This journey from Tulum leads you to this erstwhile trading hub via a narrative nature path, preceding a boat trip to Muyil Lagoon. Subsequently, you’ll passively sail through the shallow waterway amidst distinctive flora. Gain insights from your guide regarding the regional ecosystem and Maya civilization prior to a picnic luncheon. Enjoy a tour of Sian Ka’an and Muyil archaeological site from Tulum, Boat across to the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, and gaze at El Castillo dominating the freshwater lagoon of Muyil.
