Great lounge experience - I was here after a long flight from Asia, transmitting via Helsinki. Had a warm welcome from Priase and Melody. The lounge was quiet, clean, food selection was great with a good view across the runway. They even had congee for breakfast. Believe it was Priase’s first week, she made a great coffee. Had a great stay, would recommend it to any travelers passing through Helsinki.

Brilliant! - Having been bumped off my planned flight from Tokyo to Heathrow, I made an unplanned stop in Helsinki. Tired, maybe a little grumpy and in need of a break, I popped up to the lounge 30 mins early for my booked slot. Welcomed by Melody, she showed me to the showers where I enjoyed half and hour of perfectly hot water, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and, most welcomingly, a toothbrush. After my shower, I sat down for breakfast and a coffee. A great way to feast and recuperate before my onward flight. Perfect, thank you 🙏

Comfortable and Relaxing Lounge - The lounge is spacious, clean, and offers a variety of food and drinks. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is calm, perfect for relaxing or working before a flight. Amenities like free Wi-Fi, charging stations, and showers were also a bonus. Highly recommended for a comfortable airport experience!

So should all journeys begin and end! - Excellent reception by Fernando - very nice and frequent. Good food, snacks, wine and relaxing views of the runway. We had Priority but also paid for two guests for 2 hours - well worth the money. Recommended

A Pleasant Lounge To Kill Some Time - We had an unexpected layover in Helsinki for 8 hours and decided to try the lounge. We arrived at around 9am and it was very quiet. Melody was very helpful. We booked the lounge downstairs, the. Walked up and entered - it was that easy. Our ticket included a shower, which was clean and well presented (and includes a toilet). The food was good, there’s enough out to feed whoever is there and it tasted good. The seats are comfortable and there are several overlooking the airport. The seats have EU plug sockets and USB charging ports - the charge is relatively slow but better than nothing. Toilets were clean too. I would recommend this lounge if you have time to kill. Don’t book direct, use Trip Advisor or one of the similar sites and get it at half price.

Lounge - We started early for our vacation in Tenerife. There were not any crowds and we passed security fast. We had good time for lounge. We ate Karelian pasty spread made of butter and hard boiled eggs, sallad and bread with ham and cheese. Good.

Decent lounge, nothing special - The lounge is quite expensive if you prefer not to drink any alcohol. The food is OK but very basic and there is automation coffee/juice that you get yourself. Lounge is clean and feels private, though.

Minimal time to rest and refresh- both times we waited in a long line in front of the reception and then waited again. - We visited the Aspira lounge twice. Unfortunately both times we had to wait in line before we even got to reception and again had to wait at reception because the lounge was full. We had little time as we visited it between connection flights. Finally a place was found for us. The receptionist was nice. The food was average, the selection was smaller (dishes were repeated). Both my husband and I have Priority Pass and we visit lounges regularly at all airports and we think that Helsinki airport deserves a bigger lounge where people can really relax and have refreshments in peace and not spend most of their time waiting for a seat. Not worth it. - Terrible uninterested front desk. 33 € to get in and then you have to pay for drinks. Don’t bother, very hot. Plenty of other places to go and eat for less.

No vegan food, everything is very poor. - No vegan food except some salad leaves and hash brownies. The WIFI is slow (about 5 Mbps up/down). If you have questions, there isn't any staff member to help. The poorest lounge ever - that's the only reason to visit :)
