Cheap&easy - We are completely satisfied. The boat offers enough space so we could sit outside. The demonstration on Murano was short but interesting to watch. Burano is just a sweet little village. We had an hour on each island. Yes, you can only get the audio guide via the Popguide app on your phone. And you need to download the audio file. To use the app, you need to scan the Qr code. This did not work, so the employee gave us a new QR code. And yes, the final stop is not the starting point, but the Santa Lucia station. However, this is great because you come back in the evening and a few minutes walk from the train station are small and cheap restaurants. Besides, there is nothing better than wandering around Venice at night. I couldn't find a cheaper way to explore Venice from the water.

Good but not a tour at all. - This is just a ticket for a hop on hop off boat, with very little information or assistance from staff. You do go to the glass museum but they had us waiting 20 minutes at the Murano pier to go in to see the very quick glass blowing. The glass blowing was cool to see but it was very hard to understand the spokesperson. That left us with 20 minutes to see the rest of Murano by yourself before we had to get back onto the boat to Burano. Just to get to some decent shops in Murano takes 10 minutes walk so it really wasn’t enough time to enjoy Murano. Burano on the other hand was lovely. They give you an hour to wander around by yourselves before you’re back on the boat for another hour home. It’s good value in terms of travel, I would buy again knowing what I know now. Your best buying this then looking at their website timetable to maximise your time as their boats leave roughly every hour. If you go after 2pm it doesn’t give you enough time with transfers, so go early to maximise your time.
