Versailles - Our booked tour of the palace via the Tour Guy with Rawda was terrific. She was amazing and explained many facts about the history and events that occurred. You would be lucky to have her as your guide!

Amazing palace with best guide to show us around d - We found our guide at the statue and she took us up to the Palace. Entry was quick and easy inspite of it being quite busy.
Once inside she expertly guided us through the rooms explaining the history and telling us amusing stories.
She was extremely attentive to the children they all interacted well with her and she ensured that my mobility problems were well taken care of.
I do not think we have had a better guide any where else.

Tour Guy = Non-Friendly Guide - When paying for a tour guide, one would hope the tour guide is knowledgeable and friendly. That doesn't seem to be the case with the Tour Guy. We had the worst experience with what we hoped would be a very excellent tour of Versailles. This was the one tour we were most excited about and we ended up with the rudest tour guide that literally yelled at my husband and accused him of not being able to follow simple directions which was keeping up with her in an area of several hundred people after she had removed the jacket she had been wearing and wasn't holding a flag to identify herself. It's hard to recover after being embarrassed in front of tons of people.

Disorganized and boring - Our tour guide was 40 min late and had no communication with us. The tour was hectic and boring. While I am sure another tour guide would have provided a more informative and peasant experience.
