- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
- All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
- All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph

The Victoria Harbour Air terminal is conveniently situated right on the water in the Inner Harbour, just steps away from the downtown core, the Parliament Buildings, and many of the city’s iconic hotels and attractions.
Check-in for your tour is 40 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Not too long, not too short - My son got to sit next to the pilot and they chatted the entire flight. My son had A headset on so they could hear each other.

So fun! - Excellent and fun thing to do! Would highly recommend it. The pilot was very friendly And everybody got to see through the windows. It would've been nice to have had some narration, but probably not able because of the prop noise.

Fabulous seaplane trip - Brilliant experience- breathtaking views. The tiny seaplane was fabulous and we all got great views. The pilot and the guy seeing people on and off were super helpful to me. I have severe arthritis and I'm blind in one eye and the assisted me on and of the plane. It was amazing!!

Great time, glad we did it - Beautiful opportunity to see the island from the sky, close up. Pilot did a great job keeping the view fresh and interesting. Flight, including take off and landing was smooth and worry free.

Take to the skies! - The views were amazing, the pilot was excellent and we learnt a lot about the area around Victoria! Take off and landing were exciting but we always felt safe.

Super friendly and Excellent Job - Everyone was super friendly and helpful during our excursion. The wx was perfect too, so that helped big time! Caleb was a very friendly super professional pilot, who did an amazing job showing off the abilities of that Turbine Otter. Full flap slip onto the upwind pontoon like it was butter. Came off step and taxied us back in record time allowing for the most time in the air. Very well done!

Exceeded expectations - Got to sit in copilot seat. Had the best view and chatted with pilot. Perfect day, smooth waters and unlimited visibility. Most of the flight was at 1000 feet so views were great. Takeoff and landing was very smooth.
