Exactly what I needed - Smooth transition from Victoria to Vancouver Cruise Terminal with kindly and professional driver. Great to have the tagged luggage go directly to the ship. Took all the uncertainty out of getting to the cruise on time.

A fun way to travel from Victoria to the Cruise Terminal in Vancouver - Cost-effective travel from Victoria Island to the Vancouver Cruise terminal. We needed an easy way to leave Victoria Inner Harbor, Downtown and travel to Vancouver's cruise terminal. This was the easiest solution if you give yourself enough time. We boarded a bc bus behind the Empress hotel, traveled to the ferry port which is beyond the Victoria airport. The bus drives on to the ferry, while you disembark to enjoy the trip upstairs for the crossing. Seats on the ferry were comfortable. You have a cafe, gift shop, and restaurants available. after the transit, you reboard your bus, several levels below. Upon docking, the bus leaves the ferry and drives to the Vancouver Cruise terminal which was 45 minutes to an hour from the ferry terminal depending on traffic. We left Victoria inner harbor at 8:30 a.m. and arrived at the cruise port around 12:45 p.m. The BC operator will move your bags to the appropriate cruise line at the Vancouver cruise port as long as you have the cruise companies baggage tags attached. All in all, a seamless operation as long as you plan for about 5 hours.

Bus worked, billing did not - The process functioned well, but the billing did not. I was billed twice for the service. I noticed my credit card had been docked twice and I contacted Viator, who informed me that I was mistaken, I had only been billed once. Upon arrival at the bus, the driver had each member of my family down for two tickets. American Express refunded me one of my fares and is investigating Viator.

Service good - driver pompous! - The service of getting from Victoria to Vancouver Canada Place itself was good and flawless. The driver on the other hand was a example of a two tiered system. Allowing some passengers to keep their carry-on luggage to board the cruise ship and not allowing other passengers to do the same for absolutely no go reason. Just that he didn’t want to. This left a sour taste in people’s mouths right from the get go - that people sitting across from you were allowed to do one thing but you weren’t just because the driver said so - he must be getting a kickback from longshoremen at the terminal by not allowing you to bring your luggage aboard.
