Be cautious of individuals at the airport offering alternative transportation services. Do not engage with them, as they may falsely claim our driver is not present or has left. After collecting your luggage, proceed directly to the exit hall where your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name and our company logo.

One day before your departure, please call the number on your ticket to confirm your pick-up time. We will arrange for you to arrive at the airport 2 hours and 30 minutes before your flight’s departure. Your room number will be requested to complete the driver’s pick-up order. A driver will be at the pick-up location with a sign displaying your name and our company logo. We will wait for 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time; beyond this, it will be considered a no-show.
