Super quality, safely - Amazing attraction. It is a must to go with your family. It is advisable to go to the longest A+ program. The guides are excellent, funny jokes and strict safety. The 6-year-old was delighted. Do not go to the program at 15:00, take it earlier, because 2.5 hours only for riding, otherwise you will not have time to eat and walk on the bridge. The food is extremely high quality, the choice is small, but the quality and composition are amazing. The attitude of the staff is sensitive, not island Thai. After the park closed, they led us arm in arm to the bridge, because we did not have time to look. It is normal to take pictures on phones, at the end they offer very expensive videos and photos (the price is significantly lower for a family - for example, 1200 baht for one and 1400 for three), photos and videos are of excellent quality, take everything at once, you will not regret it.

Fun and SAFE experience! - What a fun and safe experience! Gear was in good condition which sadly is hard to find in Thailand where safety is not a priority. Petzl brand equipment. Good ratio of staff per group to assure you are safe. It does require walking uphill to the start platforms. Be sure to not wear sandals/flip flops. Tie your shoes on because I saw a few people’e shoes fall off. They offer lockers for you to lock your items. Buffet was small with a few food options, but they were good. The roller part you won’t be able to use your own camera, but they offer you a option to purchase their GoPro footage which gets transferred to you by Airdrop, etc to your phone/e-mail.

Fun but pricey, go all out or spend your money elsewhere - If you're going to do it, I recommend going all out. We got the A+ package because it's not much more and you get more ziplines. It's very pretty and pleasant up there, but there aren't really any breaks. You'll want to take your water and camera with you for the platforms/ziplines. When you do the roller you can't take your camera etc with you, but they'll sell you the video for around $1000B i think? The roller is fast and wild and you feel like you might get thrown off. Definitely recommend. The skywalk is kind of meh, its pleasant but very very short, I think there's like 3 platforms? Was a nice place to sit and relax I enjoyed the buffet, most of the food is mediocre but the pawpaw salad was nice and is made fresh. The buffet was nicer than some other buffets I've been to in Phuket If you're going to do it I recommend booking at least a day in advance. We didn't get picked up, made our own way there, and had to wait about 30 minutes to get "registered". It all worked out in the end but can be rather stressful

Thrilling, fun, amazing. - The activity was very fun, we all loved it (family of 5, 2 adults, 1 teen, 2 children).. The guys did explain all safety aspects and did an amazing job at making sure safety rules were followed so 👍🏼. We would give 5 stars, but we had one helmet strap that we only noticed the clip was partially broken (so they need to inspect the helmets more often). The lunch was good. Overall the staff were very friendly. We would definitely do this activity again.

The Worst and most expensive Activity in Phuket - We booked this activity expecting a fun and thrilling day, but it turned out to be an absolute disaster. The package included 3 hours of ziplining, a “roller coaster,” and a skywalk, but the entire experience was chaotic and poorly organized. The problems started right away when the pickup bus was over 30 minutes late. Once we arrived, we spent 70% of the time standing on the zipline platforms because there were too many people, leading to long waits and no proper coordination. On top of that, we had to wait for 3 hours without even being offered water – completely unacceptable in the heat. The activity ended around 4 PM, but we were forced to wait until 6:30 PM for transportation because the staff recommended it. This made the experience even more frustrating and exhausting. They offer a photography service that you pay for in advance, but when you’re there, they pressure you to buy a video as well. The photos we received were the worst we’ve ever seen – completely useless. The included food was mediocre and nothing to get excited about. We’ve been to other zipline activities that were cheaper, better organized, and included much higher-quality video and photo services. For a cost of around $225 for two people, this activity is absolutely not worth it. This was, without a doubt, our worst day in Phuket. I strongly advise anyone to skip this activity – it’s a complete waste of time and money.

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH VIATOR - Awful experience with Viator. Zero communication or responses from them when I messaged via WhatsApp about pick up. They had to push my pick up time back 3 HOURS!! This completely derailed my schedule for the day. Then they dropped us off, told us to get out the van and made no communication about pickup to return us to our hotel. After the ziplining ended, I messaged the Operator who was clearly ONLINE on WhatsApp but would not read my messages or reply. After waiting 40 minutes, I had to contact Viator. The customer service representative insisted that the activity only included drop off and no return back to the hotel. I had to show her multiple times by screenshotting and sending a video of the activity on the Viator website for her to admit that the Operator was suppose to return us to the hotel. She finally got in touch with the operator who FINALLY replied to my messages on WhatsApp telling me where to go at Hanuman. By this point an hour had passed waiting in the blazing heat, so I took a taxi back to my hotel. When I asked Viator to reimburse me for the $40 taxi I had to pay for, due to the Operator’s failure to pick me up on time and complete failure to return me safely to my hotel, it was denied. Book through GetYourGuide.com or some other platform- NOT VIATOR. They don’t care about their customers safety and just let Operators do whatever they want. We also missed the lunch due to the terrible confusion about returning to our hotel.
