Great experience with Jerry! - We went on the Xi'an evening food tour as we wanted to authentically sample as much of the food as possible during our short stay, the tour did not disappoint. We had an amazing time travelling through the alleys in our tuk tuk and our guide Jerry was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, the food and drink was delicious.

Go! - This tour was super fun and got really good food! Nice to learn about the small local places! Ans loved that the tour was so small, we were just 3 people, so we all got spoiled for food! Our tour guide Amber was really sweet, helpful and knowledgeable, she had a fun little background story about the dishes we tried, which I loved!

Great, fun food and history tour on a tuk tuk! - We went on a tour with Ken on a Thursday night. He is very knowledgeable of the area and he told us about the history of the city and the Muslim community. The restaurants he took us to were so good, there was a variety of food and the ride in the tuk tuk was super fun! We had soup dumplings (my favorite), different types of noodles, skewers, and an amazing chicken that was steamed, boiled and then fried that was to die for. We had tea and ended up the night by the ancient wall surrounding the city at a brewery were we tasted amazing local beers and had a pint of our choice. Ken is a great guy, fun and very enthusiastic about his country and its history. I highly recommend you take this tour!

Amazing local food experience - I had a great food night out in Xi'an. Our guide Ken took us to some really popular local spots...no tourist traps and the food was varied, delicious and more than pelentiful. Can only recommend the tour if you are in Xi'an and would like to try some of their local delicacies. One of my favorites were the soup dumplings, so yummy.

Memorable experience - The Evening Food Tour was an amazing experience and definitely one of the highlights of my weekend trip to Xi‘an. I have been on quite a few food tours (in China and in other countries), but this one has to be ranked #1. Ken is an incredible tour guide and you can tell that he is really passionate about his work. He did an amazing job showing us around and explaining the food as well as the story/tradition behind it. Thank you so much!!

Amazing food in a fascinating area - We had a wonderful time with Ken and ate delicious food. Every stop was delicious, and we will return to some of those restaurants even though we only have two more days in Xi’an. Ken also provided great insight about the city, Chinese history, and culinary customs. Highly recommend! Also, it’s probably a good idea to not eat lunch on the day you do the food tour because it is a lot of food and you don’t want to miss any of it.

Four delicious authentic dishes - The tour was fantastic. We tried Biangbiang Noodles, Kao Rou, Zhiliang Steamed Dumplings and Gourd Chicken. All delicious. Michelle was very helpful and because we were the only two it took us less than 3h.
