A/H: Airport to Hotel
The driver will meet you at the exit of the arrivals hall with a name sign. The waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. The driver will then take you to the hotel. Please provide the transfer name, flight number, and drop-off address.

A/H: Hotel to Airport
The meeting point is in the hotel lobby. The driver will accept your name sign. The pick-up time is 3.5 hours for international flights and 2.5 hours for domestic flights. Please provide the transfer name, flight number, and drop-off address.

Please Note:

• Tips are not included and are at your discretion.
• Unless otherwise specified, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. After this period, the vehicle will be released.
• Delivery is not included.
• If your flight is delayed, we will check the flight information in advance and adjust the pick-up time accordingly. For connecting flights, please note that we can only check the flight information provided in this voucher.
• If you are unable to find our local representative for any reason, you must call the number provided in your voucher for assistance before taking alternative measures.
• If the pick-up/drop-off information changes, you must immediately update your booking.
• Unless otherwise specified, each person is allowed one medium-sized piece of luggage. Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, you are responsible for paying for a taxi to transport the luggage.
