Wonderful Day Tour to the Yorkshire Dales - We had a wonderful time on a day tour of the Yorkshire Dales. John was an excellent driver, negotiating traffic and narrow country roads with great skill. He did this while maintaining a fascinating running commentary on the history, geology, and fun facts about the region. The stops were well planned with sufficient time to enjoy each one. John kept us on-time and entertained the entire day!

Memorable Sight Seeing Day - Had a wonderful day seeing the amazing sights of Yorkshire Dales & places where All Creatures Great & Small were filmed. Our fabulous tour guide John provided entertaining & historical details of the sights. We had a memorable day & would suggest this as a must do.

Wonderful and much more. - On the 2nd of October we had the most fantastic day out with our wonderful guide and driver, Barry. He went over and above to give us a great outing. We enjoyed every minute of it and would recommend Barry to be your guide should you wish to take this wonderful tour of the Yorkshire Dales.

Minibus tour of the Yorkshire Dales - This was an excellent experience. The driver/guide was very knowledgeable and kept us informed about the area while safety driving us around. Highly recommended.

A Day to Remember - We thoroughly enjoyed our full day tour of the Yorkshire Dales from start to finish! When we were seated in the van, Barry handed us a printed itinerary, which was quite helpful (and at the end of the journey he summarized what we had seen — A LOT!). He was a fantastic tour guide and provided so much historical and current information about the Dales, villages, “All Creatures Great and Small” film sites, and animal and tree facts. He gets an A++!

A great day out jam packed with points of interest - Barry the driver & guide was fantastic, a definite five star. He was very knowledgeable & kept us informed, interested & engaged throughout the day. The tour was jam packed with beautiful views of the Yorkshire Dales, filming locations of All creatures & Robin Hood aplenty. There was much more included than I had thought I’d booked from the write up.
The only reason I marked it down was because the seating was very uncomfortable, not enough legroom as others have commented. Having said that we were told that the minibus was being upgraded soon to take into account passengers comments.

Nice itinerary, great guide, uncomfortable van - Our driver/guide John deserves a full five stars or more! But I have to echo what others have said; 16 people crammed into a bus of this size makes for a very uncomfortable day-long experience. (The heavy all-day rain didn't help either.) Seats are smaller than coach airline seats, and knees were constantly jammed up against the seat in front. The same was true of a Mountain Goat tour a few days ago in the Lake District. Please don't maximize your profits at the expense of your customers' comfort!

Interesting day - Positive: great views, informative guide, interesting places, Wensleydale Creamery has a great tasting room and a reasonable cafe with good selection.
Negative: Mountain Goats just bought new vans and the windows are reflective which makes it hard to see much less take pictures through them. Told the guide/driver he should try sitting in the back to see what I was seeing More All Things Great and Small than expected.

Coach too tight for comfort. - Weather was rainy, so a couple of photo ops were missed. Barry was fine although we couldn't always hear him. AC was loud when turned on which didn't help. Museum of his office was not pointed out to us so we missed it.
Coach was only a month old, but whoever designed it should have ridden in the finished product. Seats were so close to each other, my knees were pushed against the next seat the whole day. Most uncomfortable ride in a long time. Coach had a useless boot. Space should have been used to space the seats better.
