Fantastic Experience - The tour was fantastic. Our guide was Javi (chileno) and he was amazing. Edited the tour to our interests and was super helpful. He even gave us tips about where to eat in Seville and Cordoba (which were spot on). My mom states this was her favorite part of our Spain visit. If you are thinking about booking, just do it!

Great guide, and relaxing private tour experience. - We really enjoyed our private day tour of the white villages and Ronda. Our driver and guide was Jose Luis. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of Spain and all of the areas we visited. Each stop was beautiful and unique. And, at each location, our guide was able to show us a few secrets, like a great view or a good cafe, that we would not have found on our own. When we got to Ronda, Jose Luis drove us through the town for an overview, and then navigated the vehicle down a narrow gravel and cobblestone road below the bridge where we could admire the amazing views and take photos. Again, we would have found it challenging to find that spot on our own. Our trip started in Sevilla, and we were picked up very close to our hotel. I highly recommend this tour.

A Fabulous Day Trip - We did the day trip to the white villages and Ronda. It was a good day just long enough Alberto our guide was very informative in a good way not too much information but plenty to give us a really good understanding of the history and culture. The 4 stops were all well timed there was plenty of food and drink options plus toilet stops. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to see some very special places and you don’t have a lot of time. Thanks for a great day Alberto

Amazing private day trip from Seville - It’s our first time booking private trip and it was beyond expectation! Our guide Luismi leads us well along the trip. He was fun and knowledgable. We got to see many beautiful spots with historic charm and took many photos. The car is big and comfortable too. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who plans for a day trip from Seville. Make sure to prepare a good pair of shoes!

Memorable trip to the white villages and Ronda! - We had Jose Luis as our guide and it was wonderful! He was informative and excellent. We started the tour on a beautiful street in Seville and pointed out sites along the way. Then followed the itinerary; he went above and beyond to show us a village that was not on the list. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience

Exceptional experience - Our guide, Jose, was so very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. He gave so many incredible details of Sevilla and the communities leading to the white villages and Ronda. Having the private car allowed him to get us to places that the larger coaches can’t reach. He drove us to extra lookout points but especially the base of the gorge in Ronda so we didn’t have to walk down and back up to the top. The views of the new bridge from below were amazing and exclusive. We never felt rushed and were allowed time to enjoy the spectacular vistas on the entirety of the trip. Since we did not return to Sevilla but stayed the night in Ronda, Jose gave us tips on restaurants and what points of interest were worth seeing. He also walked the town of Ronda with us, giving VIP treatment that you will not get on a group tour.

Not fulfilled - I hired Private Tour with Guide and the Guide never showed up. Just a super friendly driver. I tried to communicate with the company several times while on the road and had no answer. They wanted to put a Guide at the last minute at the end of the excursion that I did not accept xq we had already walked x. Our account. I was expecting an apology or some refund x the service we were not provided but no one contacted us.

Awful. - Subject: Formal Claim - Request for Reimbursement Dear, We would like to make a complaint about an incident that occurred during our recent trip with the Naturanda company to the city of Ronda. During the journey, the bus driver collided with another vehicle on the road, leaving us waiting approximately 40 minutes. One of our colleagues made a legitimate complaint about the delay and, from that moment on, we noticed a change in the treatment by the staff. At the end of the visit, while we were guiding the Guide, she disappeared without waiting for us, which left us stranded in the city of Ronda without any support or guidance. It should be noted that one of the members of our group has mobility difficulties, which further aggravated the situation and generated greater discomfort. Due to this situation, we were forced to buy tickets from another company in order to return. We are serious professionals, public defenders and magistrates, and we believe that the conduct of the team was not in line with the contracted service, especially considering the need for special attention due to the mobility difficulties of one of our colleagues. For this reason, we request full reimbursement of the amount paid for tickets, taking into account the inconvenience and additional costs we had to bear. We look forward to your prompt response and the resolution of this matter to the fullest extent possible.
