- YehLiu Geopark - Yehliu is a cape approximately 1,700 meters long, formed by Datun Mountain extending into the sea. Viewed from above, it resembles a giant turtle submerging into the sea, hence the name “Yehliu Turtle.” The seashore rock layer, containing sandstone of limestone texture, is subject to sea erosion, weathering, and earth movements, creating unique scenery with sea trenches/holes, candle-shaped rocks, and pot-shaped rocks. The area is divided into three sections: the first features rocks like Queen’s Head, Fairy’s Shoe, and Candle; the second includes rocks like Bean Curd and Dragon Head; and the third has sea-eroded caves and seal-shaped rocks. It is ideal for geological study and field research. Additionally, a statue of Lin Tien Jane commemorates the bravery of sacrificing their life to save others, with a monument detailing the touching story.
- Jiufen Old Street - Jiufen Old Street is the most bustling shopping district, running through most of the village. The street is filled with visitors and shops selling Jiufen’s famous country snacks, yam dishes, and various local delicacies. Some historical items are well-preserved, making a trip to Jiufen full of fun and delights.
- Shifen Old Street - Shifen is a picturesque town in the Pingxi District of New Taipei City, Taiwan. Known for its rich cultural heritage, stunning natural scenery, and vibrant traditional markets, Shifen offers a unique blend of history and natural beauty.
