1. Booking
   Customers can book their trips through our online platform, via email, or by phone by providing the following trip details:

• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Date and time of travel
• Any special requests

Once the booking is confirmed, a detailed confirmation will be sent, including all trip information.

Please Note:

• A valid email address is required for all bookings.
• A contact phone number is required for all bookings.
• Customers must provide the exact pickup address, not just the name of a hotel, residence, or office.

Luggage Capacity:

• For SUV vehicles, the luggage capacity is limited to 4 suitcases and 2 carry-on bags.
• Excess luggage cannot be stored in the seating area of the vehicle. Please ensure you select the appropriate vehicle type based on your luggage needs.

2. Pickup Notification
   Clients are required to have their phone turned on at the time of pickup.

Once the driver arrives at the specified location, a text message will be sent containing:

• Driver’s name and contact information
• Vehicle details, including model and registration number

3. Pickup Process
   The driver will arrive on time at the specified location. They will assist with any luggage and confirm the destination for added assurance before starting the journey.

4. Waiting Time
   We offer a 15-minute complimentary waiting period. After this time, additional charges will apply.

If no communication is received within 45 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the chauffeur will depart, and a full charge will be applied. Documentation, including call logs, text messages, or GPS records, will be provided as proof of the attempted service.

5. Journey
   Enjoy a comfortable and luxurious ride in a clean, well-maintained vehicle. Our professional drivers prioritize safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction throughout the journey.

Important Note: Movi Limousine strictly adheres to legal requirements and cannot provide transportation for children unless appropriate car seats or boosters are provided, in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Drop-Off
   Upon reaching your destination, the driver will ensure a prompt and smooth drop-off. They will assist with any luggage and confirm the completion of the service.
