Sunny Helsinki - The entire tour was wonderfull, loved every single stop and explanation, the time was perfect. Also the team assisted to get the ticket hat was a plus absolutely great! Recommended 100%

Great Tour - We use these in every city we visit _Europe, South/North America, Asia. Always good to some better than others depending on what there is to see in the city This was a great tour. Quite a compact city. Did whole tour. Then got off Had a coffee and picked bus back up further round to to to Olympic stadium Great that it goes to cruise terminal on days when ships are in Discount on boat trips if you show your ticket Friendly helpful staff Highly recommend

Efficient transportation method - Specials were very efficient and very clean. Goes to all the important sites. Highly recommend as a method of getting around the city

Good introduction to the city - I typically try the Hop-On, Hop-Off bus in each new city I visit, to get an introduction to the layout and all of the important sites. This bus was on time and completed the route in the 1.5 hours listed, and provided a good overview of the city. Of note, I did not get off the bus (due to my own time restrictions), so I cannot comment on wait times in between busses. The only detraction was the audio - it did not work for the 1st 2 stops, prompting passengers to notify the driver. The driver fixed the problem, but be wary that this can happen and to notify the driver immediately. Also, the 1st bus stop is not adjacent to a building with facilities. If you need to use the bathroom, you will have to walk for 5 minutes to a public toilet across from Senate Square. Thus, plan for at least 15 minutes if you need a restroom break prior to the trip, as there are no facilities on board.

Very good. - It was very good tour sold by Francisco, who did not lie, instead sold the Helsinki card that allowed me to enter free of charge in various attractions, in addition to the route of the bus, which could even be increased, but what has is good.

Try something else. - I would have expected something more than what I got. The guidance was sparse and difficult to hear, as the bus sounded incredibly much. The 30-minute interval on the buses is not enough. I stood in a place where there was only one bus every hour and the traffic in Helsinki is so heavy and sluggish that it is almost impossible to get there.

Slow - We boarded at stop 13. Then we had to wait more than 30 minutes at the starting point. Poor service, no explanation.

Not a very good tour - This tour is really bad. The commentary is very poor and gives very little historical content. It also stops twice at the ferry ports to drop off and collect people. This takes about 15/20mins off tour time. I would avoid and try and take a walking tour instead

Disaster - 48 hours voucher disappeared after 34 hours,an the Viator people couldn't resolve the issue.....so there app and technology has issues,
