Jack the ripper - Owen was fantastic will be coming back. He was very informative and made it very fun even though it was about Jack the Ripper!

48 hour tour - Had a great time. The walking tours were worth paying a little extra for. Owen was a wonderful guide with tons of knowledge and very entertaining.

Great Way To See London - Highly recommend doing this tour, kids loved it and it great you around lots of areas so handy. We done the night tour with Eoghan and he was brilliant, couldn’t recommend him enough. Thanks Eoghan from all the Irish Crew at The Back !!

Fantastic experience and knowledgeable guides - Was the best way to see all the major locations in London. We did the Jack the Ripper walking tour with James. His knowledge and storytelling skills were amazing. He made us feel like we were back in those days when Jack was at his busiest! We also did the night tour with Owen. His humour and knowledge made this tour so enjoyable. The included river cruise was also a highlight. Definitely recommend this company and their guides.

Worth it - It was a little hard to find the bus stops where these particular buses stopped (Top View) but once you were in, you could figure it out as they stopped. other than that; we enjoyed the freedom of riding around and getting in and off when we wanted. There are a whole slew of hop on hop off bus companies, and it’s not obvious which tour company your tickets are with, so be sure to read and scroll through everything to make sure you get in the right one.

Terrible customer service. Dont use them! - I had to cancel my trip and was refused a refund, even though I had spent a lot of money on numerous trips. I'm not impressed with the lame excuses given.
