Amazing - The tour guide Russel was fabulous, his extensive knowledge of London made the tour informative and enjoyable! He balanced it with lots of humour and made everyone feel part of the experience! He also now knows Wales is a country.

Sightseeing bus tour, early november 2024 - A great experience, especially for short stays in London as this tour did show us many interesting views and sights that otherwise would have been challenging to see by foot or public transport during a short stay. The tour by it self is definitely not cheap but is still good value for the money. Our tour bus was especially of good value as this was a guided bus, we found out that not all buses come with a guide, so we where lucky. Our guides name was Owen, his guiding was not only informative and interesting, but at the same time witty and fun, offering a good dose of English humour, but never at the cost of providing information and interesting facts. During our trip my group was at some point the only ones aboard, then our guide Owen offered us private guidance, asking us specifically what our interests where and answered all of our questions, in great detail, he even offered to walk us to our next destination after the end of his shift. The best guiding experience i have ever encountered.

Great live commentary - Great way to see London sights. We were lucky to have a live commentary - not every bus has them. Peter - the knowlegable guide made all the difference, rather than listening to a recorded tape. The entire trip was quite long and we didnt get on and off - but you could use it as a method of transport between sights.

Jack the ripper tour - Rachel was really great, added a lot of humour to the tour was a fun time. Learned a lot about Jack the Ripper, scary stuff!

Poor experience. - Topview was the worst tour bus experience I have ever had. When i bought a ticket, I had yo wait 20 minutes to get ticket printed from the street guy due to a malfunction. He couldn't even give me a refund while I waited. The experience didn't get any better from there. The bus frequency was much slower than advertised. I found myself waiting over 20 minutes whenever I hopped off and wanted to get back on. The bus has litter everywhere. I wouldn't recommend.

Tricksters - I was duped into buying the wrong ticket by a very fast-talking sales guy - Matthew Forde, then duped again by Topviews really smart bu unethical sales guys into buying more tickets without explainin that it was for the same tour I was duped into buing the first time. We done Topview! You duped me twice! But is this the way you train your sales people???

Worst Hop ON Hop Off trip every! Terrible Company! - This was the worst hop on hop off we have ever taken. They did bait and switch posing as another company. After one stop, they took a ten minute break with people sitting on the bus, saying it was for personal change, but that didn't happen. They repeatedly had long stops on the line and at one point the driver was going only about 10 miles per hour. Do NOT use this company. They're awful!!!!!
