Excellent food - Very nice lounge. Not the biggest choice of drinks, but the food is really good - freshly and professionally prepared and good choice - much better quality here than you often get in lounges. The wifi was very good - quick and easy to connect. Plenty of space. Of course all lounges get full and busy sometimes, but this was a pretty big space and its a pleasure to walk into a lounge and not have to hunt for space - and lots of different types of seating to suit those who want to work, or those who just want to relax. There are showers which is good to know, but in this case I didn't use them so can't comment further. One negative - the flight information screen is just a single screen and cycles through (when I was watching) 9 separate screens of flights, in Trad Chinese and English, so if its currently on screen 2 and your flight is on screen 1, then you have truly ages to wait for it to cycle through. But I'll come back here again.

Unexpected moments of happiness - We had a warm and professional welcome at the Plaza Premium Lounge (near Gate 1, Departures) Hong Kong International Airport (HKG . The Maneger Telma Pesci who speaks impeccable Italian made us live a familiar moment of Christmas Day sharing with us a strong Tradition. A special thanks to her and the very kind staff. Thanks Paolo Codeluppi and Odilia Picard

Amazing hospitality - I had an amazing experience at Plaza Premium Lounge near Gate 3 at Hong Kong Airport! The staff, particularly Usman, John, and Bhavpreet, went above and beyond with their hospitality, making my time there truly enjoyable. The lounge itself is well-appointed, and I was impressed by the variety and quality of the food—it’s definitely some of the best I've had in an airport lounge. The service was exceptional, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I will absolutely be back on my next trip. Highly recommend this lounge for anyone looking to relax and unwind before their flight!

Great airport - A major international hub that is especially well connected to countries throughout Asia! I've been to over 50 counties and this remains one of my favorite airports to travel through for its efficiency and ease of navigation. Lots of comfortable seats and charging stations too. There's even a TripAdvisor store! Travel to/from the airport and Hong Kong island can be done by MTR (subway train) on the Airport Express train for 110 HKD/person or bus A11 for 41.90 HKD/person. On your day of departure, the airlines' check in counters are located in a row or section designated by letters A to K. Check the screen at the end of one of these rows to find your airline and their corresponding letter. Before entering security, there are gates where you scan your passport and boarding pass, then look at the camera to have your picture taken. This is completely automated as you never speak to a human. Then proceed to security. When boarding at your gate, walk up to the gate and the camera uses facial recognition to allow you to board. Nobody scans your boarding pass or interacts with you. Again, it's all automated and very efficient. Things to note, there is a Sky Garden, but that is essentially a place designated for smokers to smoke, and not a garden. There is a cold and hot water dispenser by gate 25.

Great private shower - Private shower was amazing especially after 2 flights for 24 hours with another 5hr for last flight. Food is average but I came for the shower.

Would do this again - The lounge made our 5 hour stopover so much easier. Food was good, drink was good and the showering facilities were wonderful. Clean, no rush - it made a huge difference to our comfort after already travelling for 19 hours from our home and still having another 8hour flight. Well worth it

Cramped, hot and mediocre food. - This lounge is cramped, busy, hot and noisy and there are no windows. The food was mediocre, some hot food options and limited salad. There was sliced bread - no other option. I do not drink alcohol and the cold drinks were limited for soft. You had to ask for ice. The music was fairly loud and due to cramped conditions the general noise level high. I would not visit again...

Don't bother - go buy some food in the airport - Another really disappointing Plaza Premium Lounge. Priority Pass should be seriously reconsidering only offering these very average lounges to clients. There is a queuing process so expect a 15-30 minute way to get in. Food was average. atmosphere not great but the staff were nice so that's something.

Avoid. Too loud. Limited food. Noodles. - Scam. Offered space for just $150 for a hour. Encouraged to join Smart Travel for free at reception. In exchange would be given a second hour free. They charged me $360. Only released later. Crammed space. Too hot. Very very limited food. Noodles. Noodle soup. No fruit, canned or fresh. No treats. No apples, yoghurt or even dry biscuits. This so the worse airport longer I have ever visited I’ve visited 6 in last three months. Not to say staff are not working hard. They are. It’s busy. So many people, lots of them walking a turn. Many on their phones talking loudly. The lighting to extremely bright once sat down. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Save your money and eat in a quiet part of the airport.

Bad, Bad, Bad - One word to summarize my recent visit is BAD. Since the restriction partially lifted in 2022, I regularly stopped at this lounge something like 2-3 times per year (I don't live in HK but my parent do). I can see its food, services etc ... has consistently going downward. The management might think they are busy enough, hence one or two unsatisfied customers doesn't draw their attention.
