Good Value and interesting - A really good way to navigate the city and learn about the history. Travelled on both the red and blue route. Not really keen on the boat trip…but pointless if you’ve done the bus trips

Always a good way to start your visit. - Typical Hop on Hop off experience. Crew very friendly and helpful. Easy to find. There are abouts four such companies in Prague but I was very happy with City Sightseeing. Do this at the beginning of your visit as it give a great orientation of the city.

Short on space - Buses were regular but always full - were told to queue for the other line as there was more room but had to wait 75 minutes. Appreciate it was a busy weekend dur to Xmas markets and the lines do cover all required attractions but we didnt get as much use out of it as we have done in previous cities. Additional boat trip was excellent.

Expensive Taxi - Not very good, the girl selling the tickets at the square was very nice and the girl on the bus was friendly, but the tour itself offers nothing. No headphones, no commentary, you are required to download an app on your phone. We got off at the castle which was great but we could have got a taxi there. Worst of all on the trip back from castle the driver drove the whole way while holding his phone in his hand and talking. Not sure if that's an offense in Prague or not!

There are better companies around - Very confusing and no info given at all. Was left for 45 mins over time and all just chaos. Would stick to other ones in country not city breaks

Total scam - A complete scam. They claim to be a charity, they are a tourist trap with no interest in the customer once they have their money.

Buses just drove past us - Avoid this company at all costs! This was the worst tour bus experience I've ever had. I was in Prague for just a few days and thought this would be a convenient way to explore the city, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. Finding the nearest stop using their website was a nightmare—the map was confusing and sent me in circles. After finally locating a stop, the bus didn’t show up on time. When we saw a smaller bus approaching, we thought we were at the wrong stop. The driver signaled that there was another stop, so we moved and crossed the road. However, when we did, the bus arrived at the previous location. We also called the helpline for assistance, but they told us they couldn’t help. I decided to grab some food while waiting for the next bus since they supposedly arrive every 30 minutes. I returned with 10 minutes to spare and stood clearly visible, signaling for the bus to stop. The driver saw me but blatantly drove right past. Afterward, I checked the reviews and realized this kind of experience is all too common. I ended up relying on Prague’s tram system, which was far more efficient and reliable.

Cannot recommend. - Working from a brochure belonging to another company with similar name, we fronted the red kiosk in Namesti Republicky and bought tickets from the helpful polite gentleman. We purchased at about 3pm, and he annotated the receipt/voucher to be valid to 5 pm the following day. We soon found out why. The first small bus to arrive on the Blue route was apparently running so late that everyone on that bus was offloaded to a subsequent bus. So, after assurance at purchase that we would be leaving in a few minutes, we actually got underway 30 minutes later, on what was subsequently announced as the last service of the day. The bus ambled around its route with no apparent attention to timetable, and the commentary was mostly classical music. After about 90 minutes, we returned to our starting point and alighted. The following morning, we planned to take the bus to the Castle. Unlike some of the competitors, this company has a more peripheral Red route which includes the Castle, but does not pass the old city kiosk (“bigger bus, not allowed in the city”). We hiked over to the Prague Main Station, which is a designated stop but has no signage to indicate exactly where the bus stops. We prowled the street and then waited at the only designated bus stop adjacent to the station. The Red route only runs every hour. After seeing no sign of the bus, we finally took an Uber to the Castle 20 minutes later. It’s a waste of money. The commentary does not include anything which you cannot easily find elsewhere. Most of the city is flat and, unless you have a disability, easily walkable. The service is not reliable. If you are after transport, the public transport is excellent and inexpensive.

Worst experience on hop on hop off bus - Very confusing as to what bus we actually made a reservation on we thought it was the hop on hop off bus, and we walked to two different places to catch it and was told that it was not the correct one and was not told where we might find the one we paid for already so we went ahead and just bought one with the company hop on hop off bus I intend to get a refund because your company is very confusing as to what we actually bought

Terrible rip-off - The most horrible rip-off there is... I wanted to cancel due to a person's illness, but according to the app it could not be done anymore. But I didn't get any information that all tickets were cancelled. Now we had to pay it twice. And there's no refund. Get off that hop on hop off bus.
